How to find Windows logs for ATAS

In this article, there are instructions on how to find Windows logs for ATAS

1. Right click on the "Windows" icon on your computer and choose Event Viewer

2. Once the "Event Viewer" opens you will see the "View Logs" window. There you can find the "Windows Logs" section on the left side of the screen, you must click there and then on "Application" 

3. In the next "Application" window you will be able to see the list of information, warnings and errors that arise in the applications on your computer. You must look in the list for the file that says "Error" and in the source column it must say "Application", "OFT.Application", ".NET Runtime"

4. Once you find it, you must select it and download the file from the section "Save Selected Event..." (example attached) and that file must be sent to us so that we can see the error in more detail.
