Sometimes while attempting to log in or connect quotes, “Login Failed” message is displayed, although the login and password are entered correctly. This can happen because the standard Windows firewall or the installed antivirus program blocks the connection.
To solve this problem, add ATAS to the list of trusted programs according to the instructions given below.
Open the Start menu.
Go to the System and Security section.
Click on Windows Defender Firewall.
In the left menu of the window, open Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall.
Click the Change settings button (you may need administrator permission).
Click the Allow another application button and select the OFT.Platform.exe file located in the C:\Program Files (x86)\ATAS Platform folder.
These steps will help resolve issues connecting to quotes due to firewall or antivirus blocking.
To add ATAS to the list of antivirus exceptions, follow the instructions provided by the antivirus software developer.
