This article provides instructions on how to connect a Transaq Connector account to ATAS.
The ATAS platform has the ability to connect an account using Transaq Connector. To do this, the broker must provide access and data for connection via Transaq Connector.
Transaq and Transaq Connector are different types of connections. ATAS supports Transaq Connector.
1. To set up a connection, you need to open Connections - Add - Transaq - Next
2. Next, a window will open for signing the agreement:
OCO (one cancels other) orders for the Transaq Connector are emulated locally on your computer. This means that the platform must be connected to your broker for OCO orders to function properly. If you are disconnected and one of the OCO orders is executed, the other orders in that group will NOT be canceled! If you are satisfied, click I Accept, Please continue.
3. Setting up a connection in ATAS
- Account type - it is necessary to choose the type of account - Real, Demo,HTF
- Server - for a real account you should choose Real 1, Real 2 or Finam Bank.
- Login and password provided by the broker for Transaq Connector connection.
- Unique connection identifier - connection identifier in ATAS. If you connect 2 different accounts using Transaq Connector, the identifiers must be different (you can change the digit).
- Transaq Connector library logging level (minimum, normal, maximum) - logging level is chosen by user himself. The degree of detail of technical information from the trading server displayed in the logs depends on the choice of the level.

- Activate credit for futures trading on FORTS
After the first connection, you need to change the password in the connections window. After changing the password, open the connector settings and enter the new password.

Peculiarities of calculating the average price of positions
The platform calculates the average price of positions on the basis of deals received through the Transaq connector.
In order to guarantee the correctness of the calculated price, the platform uses the values of incoming and current positions in calculations.
The platform can guarantee the correctness of position price calculation only if the current position value can be obtained from the incoming position value using the received trades. If this is successful, the position price is considered guaranteed.
However, it may happen that Transaq connector does not broadcast all the trades necessary to obtain the guaranteed price, but broadcasts only a part of them. In this case, the platform calculates the average price of the position, but this price is considered non-guaranteed and may not correspond to the real average price. The display of such average price is accompanied by a ! sign and a pop-up tooltip in the position table, on the chart and in the stack.
In cases when no trades are received from Transaq connector, the average price cannot be calculated. In this case, the position has a price of 0. The position table also shows ! and the corresponding tooltip next to the position; on the chart, such a position is shown in the center of the window with a corresponding warning.
In this case, the user has the option to manually enter the average price of an item via the context menu (right click on the item) in the item table. After changing the value of the average price, such a price is considered guaranteed and correct.
