The local database is damaged.

The database may be damaged during an improper system shutdown. If this error occurs, it is recommended to restore data from previous dates. Data should only be deleted if data restoration does not resolve the issue or if the saved statistics are not important to you.

 

1. Select the backup date.

2. Clear all data.

3. Close the platform.

To find out the reason for the data damage and prevent the error in the future, please send the archive to our support service.
