Online Market Data and Data Sources in ATAS

The ATAS platform does not provide its own online market data. To work with quotes, order book, and trades, you must use external data sources — brokers or data providers — connected to the platform via available connectors.

15-Minute Delayed Data

If you need delayed market data, you can use the dxFeed (15-min delayed) connector.

  • Market data is provided with a 15-minute delay
  • Suitable for market overview and analysis without connecting a broker
  • This is not real-time data
dxFeed (15-min delayed) data is not suitable for real-time trading or active market execution.

Receiving Real-Time Data

To receive real-time market data without delay, you must connect a broker or data provider using one of the available ATAS connectors.

The list of available connectors depends on the region and market type. Below is an example of available connections for U.S. and European markets:

After connecting a supported data source, ATAS can receive:

  • Real-time quotes
  • Order Book (DOM)
  • Time & Sales
  • Historical data (depending on the data provider)

Cryptocurrency Market Data

ATAS provides access to cryptocurrency data via the Crypto Data connector.

Key limitations of this connector:

  • Supports only Binance, Bybit, and Phemex
  • Provides a limited Order Book depth
  • Suitable for basic crypto market analysis
Crypto Data does not provide full-depth or complete cryptocurrency market data.

Full Cryptocurrency Market Data

To receive full cryptocurrency market data (deep Order Book, extended market depth, and stable real-time data), you must connect a trading account via the exchange API.

Connecting via API allows ATAS to receive data directly from the exchange, providing:

  • Full Order Book depth
  • Real-time data without limitations
  • Trading capabilities (depending on the connection type)

Summary

  • ATAS does not provide its own real-time market data
  • 15-minute delayed data is available via dxFeed (15-min delayed)
  • Real-time data requires connecting a broker or data provider
  • Crypto Data is suitable only for basic cryptocurrency analysis
  • Full crypto market data requires connecting an exchange account via API
