How can I pay for an АТАS license?

To buy the ATAS license, please go to our website atas.net to the Prices tab

Define a subscription plan that seems more suitable for you and click the buy now link.

After pressing buy now, you'll be redirected to your ATAS account to proceed with the purchase.


Purchase with Card

In this step choose "Debit/Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)".

If you are not authorized, please enter the contact details (to create an ATAS account) or log in to your ATAS account.

If everything is correct, please set the checkbox "I confirm the accuracy of the provided information and agree with Recurrent payment agreement" ON and press the "Connect Global" button.

After that the following window with the card information will appear:

  1. Name on the card - name and surname mentioned on your card
  2. Card number - 16 digits
  3. Card expires - month and year of the card expiration
  4. CSC/CVC - 3 digits
Note! ATAS Support Team doesn't request CSC/CVC or date of expiration.

Press the Pay now securely button and wait for the payment to be processed.


Purchase via PayPal

If you have chosen PayPal, the following window with the PayPal information will appear (enter your email and password to your PayPal account):

After connecting to your PayPal account, press the Agree & Subscribe button and wait until the payment process is finished.

When paying via PayPal, the subscription status in your ATAS account is updated with a slight delay.


Purchase via Bank payment

This option is available only if you purchase a license for 6 months or more.

After having chosen the Bank payment and entered the registration data press the "Connect Global" button. Then, the Proforma invoice appears, and you can use its data to proceed with the payment via bank.

How can I request a refund?

To apply for a refund within 14 days from the date of the first purchase, please email us at support@atas.net from the email address used for the purchase of the license. In the email, state that you wish to request a refund for a specific reason and provide the reason.

According to the licensing agreement, you can stop using the software and reach out to the Provider for a refund within fourteen (14) days of your initial payment to the Provider (your first software purchase).

Refunds can be issued within 14 days from the date of the first purchase.
