Aggregated Liquidations

Aggregated Liquidations shows the volume of liquidations for a cryptocurrency instrument. The indicator separates long and short position liquidations and displays them as a histogram: longs and shorts are shown as separate series.

The indicator helps quickly identify areas where the market experienced forced position closures. This is useful for analyzing impulse movements, high-volatility zones, and possible price reactions after mass liquidations.

Settings

  • Type — selects the liquidation aggregation type.
  • Local — shows liquidations for the current instrument or local market.
  • Symbol Global — aggregates liquidations for the selected symbol globally, based on the available data for that symbol.
  • Global — shows globally aggregated liquidations for the available data group.
  • Use Filter — enables filtering of displayed liquidations by volume.
  • Minimum — the minimum liquidation volume to be displayed. Values below this threshold are hidden.
  • Maximum — the maximum liquidation volume to be displayed. A value of 0 usually means there is no upper limit.
  • Longs — the long position liquidation series. By default, it is displayed as a green histogram.
  • Shorts — the short position liquidation series. By default, it is displayed as a red histogram and is shown in the opposite direction from Longs.

If the instrument does not support crypto liquidation data, the indicator displays a message that only crypto instruments are supported.
