What is Reversal chart construction principle, what variables are responsible for that?

Value — the size of pullback after which bar will be fixed and a new one starts to form (example 5)
Probe — minimum bar size after which a pullback can be counted (example 13)

In this chart construction the distribution of volume in a bar can be clearly seen as well as in what part of the bar the block with the maximum volume is concentrated and most importantly, what reaction was to this volume, boost on volume or reverse from volume.
