Why do trades open in ATAS when I’m using two trading platforms?

If you use two platforms for trading but at the same time you have enabled protective strategies in ATAS, there may be a problem with displaying the closing of a trade. When you use two platforms, the defensive strategy doesn’t work, it doesn’t see that the trade has already closed. Trades are transferred to ATAS in any case, but ATAS itself doesn’t show them. For example, if you only want to trade through ninja, there is no problem. The most important thing is not to set defensive strategies in ATAS.

There can be open charts and tapes in ATAS... But you can remove the display of positions, orders, and trades on the charts if you don’t need to see them. You can manage orders through ninja, ATAS won’t touch them.

To hide your orders, go to Settings-Trade Settings-Visibility-Hidden. You can hide positions and trades in the same way.

The most important thing is not to set defensive strategies in ATAS.
